In today’s environment of difficult labor contracts, the Meyner Center can be a valuable asset to a municipality with either the negotiation of a new labor contract or the negotiation of an expiring contract.
We can assist the municipality in a number of ways:
Our experience in municipal government, knowledge of labor contract issues, and understanding of the culture of labor contract negotiation enable the Meyner Center to be a valuable member of the municipality’s labor contract negotiation team.
Meyner Center assistance with labor contract negotiations include:
Middletown Township, Bucks County (2023): Police Collective Bargaining Agreement analysis for the Township.
Slate Belt Regional Police (2014): During June-December, the Center helped the Slate Belt Regional Police Commission to negotiate its collective bargaining agreement.

Her experience in municipal government provides her with an excellent background to assist municipalities in managerial recruitment, administrative studies, financial analysis, and preparation of strategic plans. She understands the culture of municipal government and the importance of the services provided by efficient and productive management personnel who work closely with the elected board.
